How to launch a new chain
We were asked to help launch the south west of England’s first Doubletree by Hilton. Working in conjunction with the organisation’s marketing department in North America we melded the company’s own identity with that of Cadbury House Hotel and Spa, the hotel chosen to undergo the huge transformation. The second stage saw a shift away from the Cadbury brand and a stronger recognition of the international hotel chain, famous for its warm cookies! We oversaw the production of everything from ‘do not disturb’ signs to dinner menus, laundry forms to wedding brochures and managed the print process from start to finish.
