TransWilts Rail

A first class approach to a community website

The TransWilts community rail partnership is the smallest and newest member of the 50-strong national Association of Community Rail Partnerships. And in just three short years it has became a Designated Community Rail Service, incorporated into the GWR Franchise.

Started in 2013 the Community Interest Company set out to encourage and promote the increased usage of public transport for the benefit of the communities living and working in Wiltshire. Success has come quickly with the number of train services having already grown from 6 to 9 trains per day.

We have been pleased to play our part with a brand identity and the design, build and ongoing maintenance of the Partnership’s website. Volunteer admins use the back office on an almost daily basis, to add, edit and delete content on routes, events, activities and disruptions.

We also devised the website’s interactive map showing all seven routes in Wiltshire and extensive information on a number of the individual stations. The website was awarded Silver in 2015 by Railfuture, the UK’s leading independent organisation campaigning for better rail services.

Sharpak Healthcare

Infection control products in safe, creative hands

Sharpak® represents the most comprehensive range of infection control products on the market today, with the company serving the medical and hospital markets in the UK and overseas.

So no small matter to be commissioned to design and build the current Sharpaks website, following many years of producing valuable advisory print material, alongside B2B promotional material.

Working closely with specialist printers we also produced and updated an extensive library of highly regulated product labels that were used around the globe.

Peter Evans Partnership

The road to an effective new website

Peter Evans Partnership, Transport Planning and Highway Consultants, provide a nationwide service from their offices in Bristol. Extremely busy but conscious that they needed to show clients, prospects and future employees, the interesting and varied projects being undertaken, they came to us.

Client meetings, site visits, court appearances, and public hearings meant that every minute counted. So we managed the whole process whilst working round the directors’ schedules. We proposed the styling for the website, the flow of information, the breakdown of sectors and services, drafted the initial copy from interviews we carried out, sifted through photos to find the best content and brought the site together.

At the same time we created a new brand identity that reflected the business in its current form, along with a ‘look book’ of guidelines to follow when producing reports, proposals, drawings and so on.
